OUR LOCAL OFFICIANT SERVICES
Rev. Otis R. Spellman has been a licensed, ordained minister for 33 years and his licensure is valid anywhere in the United States. He has been a pastor for 30 years and has performed more than 75 contemporary and traditional weddings. Premarital counseling services are also available. Rev. Spellman believes that marriage is between a man and a woman; born male and female, instituted by God.
Travel is negotiable and a contract is required.
